Come along for a walking tour through Lochiel Park with Brett Aylen, architect and co-director of TS4 Living. He will show you the award-winning Zero Carbon House and two other climate-responsive, TS4 Living homes. A unique opportunity to walk & talk and ask lots of questions!
You will learn about the joys of sustainable living through environmental and climate responsive design, innovative building technologies and friendly neighbourhood planning.
Take a short guided walk around picturesque Lochiel Park, discover more about their sustainability management plans, and find out how over 150 residents have committed to more sustainable lifestyles through choosing houses that achieve a minimum 7.5 star energy efficiency rating, use solar photovoltaic systems, reuse rain-water and storm-water, and employ innovative building technologies.
Talk to the architects behind Australia’s first designed and built ‘Zero Carbon House’ which demonstrates a successful balance between low carbon footprint, high thermal performance, comfort, affordability and contemporary style.
Tour ends at one of the newest TS4 Living homes that is open for Sustainable House Day.
You’ll be able to look inside and see how comfortable a climate responsive home is!
