Caralyn’s Place – House Sold no longer able to open for SHD 2017

House Notes – Caralyn’s Place – House Sold no longer able to open for SHD

A Garden Path house and productive garden/hobby farm has been developed so that we are as sustainable and self-sufficient as possible. We have our own firewood for heating, harvest all our water for house and garden and have 5kw electricity generation. We also produce much of our own food (honey, eggs, poultry meat, fruit, herbs and vegetables) and our animal’s food without artificial fertilizers or sprays (including organic ones). Rated Perth’s Best Waterwise Environmental Project Garden 2009.
