This home is open for pre-booked tours only, the address will not be displayed. 

This home featured in several issues of Renew magazine for various projects undertaken, including solar hot water system, solar air conditioner and solar bore-reticulation system.

The home now has two off-grid solar power PV systems that make it completely self-sufficient, as well as the original grid-connect PV system merely exporting power to the grid.

There is also a solar hydronic heating system for one bedroom and a solar hybrid air conditioner in the garage. The wind turbine shown in the image is now redundant as it didn’t earn its keep.

There are a range of home automation systems that may be viewed and an electric vehicle will be on display on the driveway along with EV experts to speak with.
