Cancelled no longer able to open for SHD2019

14 months ago I bought my 2 bedroom unit in Francis Street Portland.
First the bathroom had to be tackled as I’m still not finished with the bits above the tiles, what to do next – mirrors or ?
Of course the standard roses had to go not forgetting the paved courtyard which hadn’t even seen a weed for 25 years…in between growing veggies, herbs etc. I returned to the broken venetians replacing them with honeycomb blinds. Yes now I know it will probably be the kitchen next or the laundry and toilet hmmm! Keeping the existing lounge curtains with pelmets on a north facing window is sensible. Hot water system had corroded so I had a new element replaced. Heating and cooling is a reverse cycle aircon. Not satisfied with this I put reverse cycle fans in lounge and main bedroom with electric heaters too.
I still have to work out a design for my gallery kitchen and had quotes on flooring, painting and vents etc. etc. never ending story of renovating as everyone knows.
These are some of the local Portland businesses that I have worked with on my home:
