Built in 1926 as part of ‘Blandfordia’, this is a heritage fronted 3 bedroom home that has been privately owned from 1955. Prior to that, two families rented it from the ACT Govt. Being double brick and with open eaves, the current restoration aimed at maximizing the thermal mass for both winter and summer conditions…..along with ensuring that the ‘all-electric’ aspect was covered with sufficient solar PV and battery systems to ensure a ‘prosumer’ footprint.
