450 mm external walls & 300 mm internal rammed earth walls

Hydronic heating with heat pumps (5) for all hot water & heating

110,000 litre in ground water tanks

Aerated waste water treatment with pop up sprinklers to release clean water over the land

Blackbutt timber flooring  throughout and external cladding to back of house

Sandstone boulders excavated from site used as retaining walls
