Fermented food is loaded with enzymes, vitamins and minerals. You will learn and see how easy and quick is to make sauerkraut, Kombucha, yoghurt, kefir, sourdough bread, ginger beer and mead as well as plenty of practical tips and fermented food to taste. You will make sauerkraut to take home.
