Each NEAThouse is beautiful to look at and to live in as well as economical to heat and cool and our  ‘NEATbox’, is no different. We prioritise the use of natural and sustainable materials and materials that are free from any harmful chemicals or effects. Where possible, we source building materials from local businesses. ‘NEATbox’ is our answer to affordable and sustainable housing. This NEATbox display house achieves an 8.1 star energy rating.

We use only low VOC finishes as well as natural and sustainable materials that are obtained from sustainable sources such as timber plantations.  NEATbox is constructed with quality craftsmanship, materials and fixtures; and with streamlined design, meticulous planning and site efficiencies, NEATbox is an  affordable sustainable house.
