Zeco Energy , have provided a solar powered with battery backup system designed to be a shared system built with to run on 100% green renewable energy , using the Marshall system designed by Zeco Energy .

These are 6 townhouses , with the solar and battery benefit being shared amongst the tenants , this is an Australian first providing proof of concept . Map Developments , has provided the capital funds for this infrastructure, with all the billing for electrical usage being done in partnership with Zeco Energy , with the Capital Cost being repaid over time , no special government incentives were received.

The development also feature solar how water and no gas to site .
