Genesis 2019

House Notes – Genesis

Premier Homes and Granny Flats have been building quality homes and granny flats for over 40 years. We have always held a significant interest in the development of technologies and methods within the building industry that work towards creating a more sustainable future.

We aim to bring more awareness to Passive houses in Australia and hope that having one as a part of our Display Village will give the community the opportunity to experience and interact with a home that is built to the Passive House standard.

We hope to educate people on the benefits of building a Passive House by giving them the opportunity to come in and view one, to ask questions and to make their own comparisons. We hope that by promoting and showcasing our own interest in sustainable, energy efficient housing, we will spark interest within the community, as well as in the broader building industry.

We are proud to be a part of this project and are excited to be able to offer this standard to our clients. We are greatly looking forward to growing this aspect of our company. We excited to begin creating designs that combine the benefits of energy efficiency with our existing design features; resulting in homes and granny flats that suit a diverse range of needs and lifestyles.
