Blooming Rosedale – Sold house

This house has been sold and is unlikely to be open for SHD in the future

Blooming Rosedale is a renovated 1970s hardiplank house which is in continual improvement. New features include new flooring, guttering facias, eaves and fences. We coloured the roof “surf mist” to help keep the house cool in summer. While a 16 panel solar pv system provides electricity.

In the garden we have a wrom farm and compost bins made from used pallets which also collects the neighbours garden leaves. We are planting as much native garden as possible as well as herbs, vegetables and fruit trees.
