Danthonia Certified Passive House

Our house is a certified passive house, designed and built to use minimal energy and provide a comfortable year round environment. Even though the house has a modest 7kW solar system, in 2024 nearly 6MWh of net energy was exported to the grid. The house maintains a comfortable temperature, requiring additional heating or cooling only on rare occasions. The house is set in 1000m2 of low maintenance and low water use garden.
