These two 150 year old Fitzroy terrace homes are rising again. This time they’re not just coming back to life, they are being transformed, better than ever, ready to be lived in and loved well into the next century!

• Passive thermal design principles have been used throughout.
• High-performing windows, airtight, breathable, and super-insulated walls.
• 11 kw of roof solar, battery storage, low energy heat recovery ventilation.
• The Concrete has 40% less embodied carbon and the highest recycled content available; it has been used sparingly.
• Timber floors and ceiling linings are all reclaimed, the original demolished bricks will be refreshed and reused.
