10 Star-Energy Efficient-Zero Carbon Residence

Green Gateway Services PTY. LTD. will unveil its completed 10 star energy efficient, zero carbon residence, located at 409 Marrinup Drive, Yallingup in November of 2016. The Director of Green Gateway, Todd Mason, has lead a team in the construction of a residential dwelling with an attached studio to showcase the company’s knowledge and capacities to create a sustainable and efficient structure using an innovative, yet simple building material known as, Insulated Concrete Foam (ICF), produced by the manufacturing company, Nudura.

About Nudura’s Insulated Concrete Foam Product

The 10 star energy efficient, zero carbon residence was built to showcase the capabilities and benefits associated with using the Nudura ICF blocks as the primary building material to encourage future builders and home owners to use the material in their own designs. The interlocking foam blocks reduce total construction time and waste, reduce noise vibrations, increase insulation properties, and increase safety protection from fires and strong winds. Green Gateway encourages the use of such products to increase the efficiency within our own homes as a way to easily achieve higher energy efficiencies to save you money and to save the planet from further pollution and degradation.
