Integrated Tiny Home 2024

House Notes – Integrated Tiny Home

❤️ Integrated tiny home: smart, robust sustainable and artistic tiny home ❤️

This is a beach inspired tiny house with excellent cross ventilation provided by two doors, bathroom window and awning solar wall. Double glass door opens onto the deck and creates an extra glass room.

The house is built solidly with quality materials:

– Galvanised welded frame;
– MgO magnesium oxide board with artistic Italian Venetian plaster finish;
– Marine and birch ply;
– European wood ceilings;
– Colorbond cladding and roof.

All materials are water resistant. The house was tested for flood in the major Lismore floods in 2022, and came out with no flood damage at all.

All water from the roof is collected into the 220 L water tank. Additional water tanks can be added anytime. The house is well insulated and fully flyscreened. The large glass door is a toughen glass bushfire grade door. The second door is a fire resistant metal door.

Other smart features include:

– One wall opens like awning providing desirable angle for solar panels, access to underfloor storage and also good shade;
– Double floor with ample underfloor storage including storage for long items like surfboards, fishing tackle, climbing and adventure gear etc
– The patented house structure assures correct weight distribution and excellent stability on the road.
