50 year old raked ceiling house started as zero stars. Now performs as 7 stars by using creative ideas and experiments for shade and insulation 20 years ago. By allowing shade to move along breezeway corridors, walls and paving are protected from intense sun. White roof tiles and adding Kingspan Kooltherm K10 G2 under the Gyproc ceiling between the beams was a plus. Thick curtains, pelmets and double glazing with e-glass helps with summer and winter. 7kW of solar panels and low power (high star rating) components maintains a healthy feed-in. Open home tours will include the outside only.
