This modern two bedroom passive solar home was built for comfort and universal access.
Fixed sun control louvres are fitted along the North facing windows which keep out the Summer sun and allow the Winter sun to penetrate deep into the home, thus keeping a comfortable temperature. Twice a year during season changes attention has to be given to sun control.
Ceiling fans are in all rooms for active cooling/heating.
Universal Access

The home has an instantaneous gas HWS and a bayonet as well as a gas cook top and oven for the gourmet chef.
Reverse cycle air con was installed as a “just in case” measure but has rarely been used.
The garden has a drip system irrigation installed
