Owner build & designed 2 story concrete house started 2005. Main considerations in design were solar orientation, prevailing winds, views, low maintenance. Added 12.75 kw solar, pool solar blanket, and 14 kw battery. No electricity bill since 2016. Plans to upgrade gas appliances to electric when spare funds are available.
