This passive solar designed home is concrete free and made from Hempcrete with lime render, including most of the internal walls. By reducing the chemicals commonly used in construction ensures that this home is healthy as well as energy and water efficient.

Surefoot foundation system eliminates the need for concrete footings and is less harmful to the surrounding environment.

Energy efficient appliances and smart home technologies have been installed to reduce energy costs and usage. This home has a grid connected PV system which should cover the energy use.

Greywater is recycled and 30,000L water tanks are installed to connect water from the roof area.
