This passive solar designed home maximises the winter sun and natural cooling breezes. Some of the features included are:

• Constructed using Bondors “InsulLiving” wall and roofing system (SIP’s)
• UPVC frames, double glazed tilt and turns
• Under slab and slab edge insulation
• Sanden hot water heat pump for main bathroom and laundry
• 30,000L rainwater tank
• Blinds and drapes with pelmets
• All lighting LED with WiFi switches that can be programmed to set time.
• Our front and back yard landscaping plan is based around mostly fruit trees and vegetables, worm farms & composting.
• We purchase pure power through ‘Diamond Energy’, so power we don’t generate ourselves, we buy 100% renewable.
• NO GAS
