Yarragon Strawbale House

Our house has strawbale and rammed-earth walls, Apricus evacuated tube and wood heater boosted hot water, all-electric appliances and a 7.5kW PV system. Insulation is sprayfoam under the roof, which spans from the top plate of the walls. We have added an off grid/hybrid battery system using secondhand lead-acid batteries.

We also have a Nissan Leaf and Tesla Model 3 electric vehicles
