For this reason, we have created a set of defined options that will make setting up ticketing much easier. We hope that you understand that we cannot create a bespoke plan for each home. Select as many as you feel comfortable with. We have allowed a 1 hour window for each tour, but yours might be shorter than this. There is also a 30 minute break in between each session, as well as an extended lunch break. 9:30-10:30 11:00-12:00 1:00-2:00pm 2:30-3:30pm 4:00-5:00pm Is there any extra information that we should list on ticketing?You may want to include details about things like parking, access, or if you are shoes-off household etc. Please write this exactly as it should be read on the email that we send out to ticket holders the day before the event.Bank detailsTicketing will be split between Renew and yourself, minus the booking fee taken by our ticketing platform. We will be reaching out to all homeowners with a secure way to collect bank details before the event, and you will be transferred the money in first week of May.*Your portion is intended to cover any extra costs that you might incur on the day. Please note that Renew is a non-profit organisation, and the other amount will be used on the coordination of SHD. I understand, I will provide my bank details at that time; I would prefer that Renew puts the full amount back into the coordination of SHD.
