About this home

Built in the 1970s, this apartment building has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past few years. Through careful planning and a shared commitment to sustainability, the owners corporation has progressively integrated meaningful environmental upgrades — demonstrating that older buildings can absolutely lead the way in responsible, future-focused living.

The tour covers common areas of the building and will highlight:

• Rooftop Solar & Battery Storage — our newly installed solar panels and battery system, providing clean energy and greater energy resilience for all building residents.

• Double Glazed Windows — building-wide replacement of all original windows with modern, thermally efficient double glazing to improve comfort and reduce energy use

• External Remediation Works — view the results of our external facade and remediation upgrades that have improved the building’s longevity and performance

What makes this building special is not just the upgrades — it’s the people behind them. Our owners corporation has cultivated a strong, collaborative community culture, and we are currently developing a Sustainability Master Plan to guide future works and unlock the full potential of our building. Committee members will be on hand throughout the tour to share the story of how sustainability became a core part of every decision we make.
