About this home

A certified Passive House Plus designed for aging in place with an accessible bathroom for the master bedroom and all living on one level.

The house demonstrates the five aspects of a Passive House (High quality glazing and doors, efficient insulation, air-tightness, no thermal bridging, and mechanical ventilatio9n with heat recovery).

The house is all-electric and low-energy usage. A heat recovery air circulation system keeps the internal temperature comfortable and stable all year round as well as filtering out dust, pollutants and pollens. Triple glazing ensure a quiet house with little or no external noise coming in. The backyard has a food forest and an area for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
