Brunswick West,
VIC
This home will be open for in-person tours on the 17th May 2026

About this home

This sustainable house has a focus on water sensitive urban design, and greywater filtering and reuse. We will tour the rainwater / stormwater swale and frog pond, and the greywater use, and plumbing issues for easy rainwater tank connections. The focus is on water outside the home, water resilience, water reuse, and use of AquaBuild natural greywater filtering for outdoor water use.

Tour this home to see how a water resilience and reuse system compliments the all electric home.

The focus is on the water elements at a home, with a secondary focus on the electrification process including solar, home batteries, EV charging, heat pump hot water, heat pump hydronics, and electric fans and induction cooktop.
