About this home

In the pursuit of living lightly on the planet, over many years of renting I have implemented and tested a range of temporary and inexpensive upgrades to the places I've lived. In this current rental over the last 8 years we have reduced our electricity & gas bills, planted a moveable garden, minimised our waste and made a comfortable home for ourselves and 2 cats.

In our inner city rental I'll share both long and short term renters & homeowners some low-cost or temporary solutions to modify their home to be more habitable in extreme weather events and also more energy efficient to reduce their service bill costs & environmental footprint. Many of these upgrades can be applied to any house, apartment or workplace.
